Build a strong technical foundation through beginner tricks, spins, climbs, sits, transitions, and combinations. Combining the fundamentals of our former L1 Tricks & Spins and L1.5 Combos & Flow curriculum, this class develops strength, confidence, body awareness, and fluid movement while preparing students for inversions and more advanced skills. As students' progress, they'll begin linking movements into seamless combinations and refining the technique needed to advance safely and confidently.

Designed for students ready to transition from foundational skills into more dynamic pole movement. Building on a strong technical foundation, this class develops confidence in inversions, leg hangs, technical combinations, and increasingly challenging skills through safe, progressive instruction. Students will learn to connect tricks and transitions seamlessly while improving strength, control, endurance, and movement quality on both static and spinning pole in preparation for Intermediate+ Pole.

Designed for students who have established a strong beginner–intermediate foundation and are ready to continue progressing their pole skills. This class emphasizes technical refinement, increased movement complexity, dynamic combinations, and continued aerial development while building greater strength, control, and confidence on both static and spinning pole.
As an Intermediate+ class, instructors may offer more advanced progressions and variations to students who demonstrate the strength, technique, and readiness to safely progress, while ensuring every student continues developing at their own pace.

Our signature heels technique class focuses on building confidence, control, and artistry in platform heels. Through drills, progressions, short combinations, and guided freestyle, students develop the technical foundations needed to move safely, fluidly, and confidently in heels.
This class emphasizes technique over choreography, helping students master the mechanics that make heels movement powerful and expressive.
**Platform pole heels (boots or sandals) with ankle support are required.

Movement Lab explores a wide range of movement styles designed to build creativity, confidence, and versatility. Class themes may include, but are not limited to, basework, floorwork, chair dance, low flow, contemporary movement, musicality, freestyle, pole flow, movement texture, performance quality, and pole-and-chair fusion. Each class offers a unique opportunity to expand your movement vocabulary while developing fluidity, expression, and confidence both on and off the pole.

Bridge the gap between technical pole and heels dance by learning how to safely and seamlessly integrate pole tricks into movement. This workshop-style class focuses on executing tricks in platform heels while developing smooth transitions, dynamic combinations, and effortless flow.
Inspired by Trick Flow in Stilettos and Hard Heels (Tricks), Stiletto Trick Lab teaches students how to blend technical pole skills with heels technique, making tricks feel like a natural extension of the dance rather than isolated movements. Students will refine heel-safe inversions, improve trick entries and exits, connect skills through dynamic transitions and combinations, and integrate pole work with dance to create fluid, expressive movement.
Prerequisites: Completion of the Pole Essentials Belt, the ability to climb confidently, and attendance in at least five Spicy Stilettos classes.

Open Pole provides dedicated practice time for students to work independently on their personal goals in a supportive studio environment. An instructor is present to supervise the space, provide spotting when appropriate, and answer occasional questions, allowing students to safely reinforce what they've learned in class.
