STUDIO POLICIES

 Our policies are designed to create a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for every member of the RockIt community. By attending classes, workshops, private lessons, or events, you agree to the following policies 

BOOKING & ATTENDANCE

Booking Classes

All students must create an online account to purchase memberships, class passes, and reserve classes.

Because class sizes are limited, we recommend booking in advance to secure your spot.

Age Requirement

Students must be 18 years or older to participate unless otherwise approved by RockIt Pole Fitness. A valid government-issued photo ID is required prior to your first class. 


CANCELLATION POLICY

CLASS MINIMUMS

To ensure the best experience for our students and instructors, the following cancellation policy is in effect:

  • Classes require a minimum of 2 registered students at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time.
  • If the minimum enrollment is not met, the class may be canceled.
  • Once the minimum enrollment has been met, class will continue as scheduled regardless of late cancellations.


LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the best experience for our students and instructors, the following cancellation policy is in effect: 

  • Student cancellations made less than 6 hours before class are considered Late Cancellations and will result in the loss of that class credit.  
  • Students who accumulate three (3) or more late cancellations may be subject to a $20 late cancellation fee for future occurrences.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled class without canceling your reservation:

  • Your class credit will be forfeited.
  • A $25 No-Show Fee will be charged to the card on file.
  • Accounts with unpaid balances may be restricted from booking future classes until the balance has been paid.

If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation online or contact us as soon as possible.


REFUNDS & EXPIRATIONS

REFUND POLICY

All purchases, including:

  • Memberships
  • Class Passes
  • Workshops
  • Private Lessons
  • Events

are non-refundable and non-transferable.


EXTENSIONS

Extension requests may be considered under exceptional circumstances if submitted before the expiration date. If approved:

  • Extensions are granted in weekly increments.
  • Extension fees may apply.
  • Fees must be paid before services are reinstated.

To request an extension, please contact us before your pass expires.

PASS EXPIRATIONS

All class passes; memberships, workshops, and private lessons include a designated expiration period that begins on the date of purchase. Any unused services will expire at the end of that period. Please be sure to redeem all purchased services before their expiration date. 


STUDIO ETIQUETTE

IN THE STUDIO

To help maintain a safe and welcoming environment:

  • Arrive on time.
  • Remove all rings, bracelets, watches, and hand jewelry before class.
  • Do not apply lotions, oils, or body creams before attending class.
  • Wear attire appropriate for the class you are taking.
  • Clean your pole and equipment after use.
  • Be respectful of instructors, staff, and fellow students.
  • Celebrate one another and help us maintain an inclusive, judgment-free community.


PHOTOS & VIDEOS

Students are welcome to photograph or record their own progress.

Please respect the privacy of others by obtaining permission before photographing or recording another student.

RockIt Pole Fitness may occasionally photograph or record classes or events for promotional purposes. Participation is voluntary, and consent will always be respected.


HEALTH & SAFETY

Do not attend class if you:

  • Are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness.
  • Have a fever or feel unwell.
  • Believe participating would be unsafe for yourself or others.

If you have an injury, medical condition, or are pregnant, please consult your healthcare provider before participating and notify your instructor before class.

Students participate at their own risk and should always work within their personal abilities.

LIABILITY

Participation in pole fitness and related activities involves inherent physical risks.

All students are required to complete and electronically sign the RockIt Pole Fitness Liability Waiver before participating in any class, workshop, private lesson, rehearsal, performance, or event.

By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with physical activity as outlined in the signed waiver.
